Cricket is a game of endurance, precision, and explosive movement—whether you're sending the ball to the boundary, charging in for a fast delivery, or diving to secure a crucial catch. 2-222 is a post-activation potentiation (PAP) strength-based training series, designed to sharpen batting power, bowling speed, and fielding agility with targeted strength priming and fast-twitch muscle activation.
Through high-resistance prep work, explosive sprint drills, and multi-directional reaction training, athletes develop the neuromuscular readiness to generate peak force output in game-defining moments. From leg-drive acceleration for powerful strokes to shoulder stability drills for high-speed bowling, every session ensures cricketers move stronger, faster, and more efficiently under pressure.
