Resolute Strength and Conditioning Peak Performance Initiative: Inside 50 – AFL Strength Series

When the game is tight and every contested possession counts, power makes the difference. Inside 50 is an AFL-specific post-activation potentiation (PAP) strength program, designed to sharpen explosive force, tackling power, and goal-square dominance.

This series fuses heavy resistance training with rapid-fire movement drills, unlocking the neural drive needed to produce peak-force output when the moment demands it. Athletes will push their limits through sprint-strength activation, plyometric agility bursts, and contact-ready resilience training, ensuring they win the contest, break tackles, and finish plays with power.

When the ball enters Inside 50, it’s about more than just getting a shot on goal—it’s about owning the moment with unstoppable physical presence. This program prepares athletes to hit harder, react faster, and execute with game-winning intensity.
