TERMS AND CONDITIONS OVERVIEW
Minimum Commitment and Membership Adjustments
Upon enrollment, all clients are subject to a minimum sign-up period of fifteen weeks, equivalent to three consecutive five-week training blocks. During this initial commitment period, any requests to downgrade, suspend, or cancel the membership are permitted only at the discretion of Resolute Strength and Conditioning and must be based on documented extenuating circumstances, such as injury or personal tragedy. Should Resolute Strength and Conditioning be unable to fulfill any aspect of the training package, including a failure to attend pre-scheduled training sessions, the package fee will be automatically reduced to the base tier of $75 per week for the duration of the non-fulfillment, ensuring the client maintains access to their core training program.
Training Package Suspension Policy
Clients are afforded the option to suspend their training package for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of four weeks at any single time. The maximum cumulative suspension period permitted within a single calendar year is twelve weeks, and no exceptions beyond this annual limit can be afforded. All requests for membership suspension must be provided in writing via email to liam@resolutesc.com.au, clearly stating both the reason for suspension and the requested timeline. Retrospective suspensions will not be accepted.
Termination of Training Package
Clients wishing to terminate their membership must provide written reasoning via email. It is preferable for this notice to be submitted two weeks before the intended end date, in alignment with the required cooling-off period. Upon successful application for training termination, the client’s training program will continue for a further two weeks to ensure a smooth transition out of the Resolute Strength and Conditioning program.
Training Session Policy
Any pre-arranged training sessions are not subject to rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start date. The only exception to this rule is cancellation initiated by Resolute Strength and Conditioning due to unforeseen circumstances, such as coach unavailability or inclement weather. Should a pre-arranged training session be unable to be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the client's control, the session remains valid and will be rescheduled. However, if a training session is not fulfilled and prior notice was not provided outside the 24-hour window, the client will forfeit the training session.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Under no circumstances is Resolute Strength and Conditioning liable for injuries sustained during training sessions, regardless of whether they are supervised or unsupervised. Clients who sign up with Resolute Strength and Conditioning acknowledge the inherent risks associated with exercise and explicitly accept responsibility for injuries caused as a result of participation in any supervised or unsupervised training sessions.
Photography and Videography Consent
For clients under the age of 18, the use of photography and videography for capturing and sharing training session footage online (via social media and the Resolute Strength and Conditioning website) requires both the client's and the parental/guardian's consent. The use of any captured footage by Resolute Strength and Conditioning is conducted in strict adherence with the privacy terms listed in the footing of the website (www.resolutesc.com.au).
